BDC transformed a long-abandoned MBTA substation in Egleston Square into a high-tech community television studio while preserving its historic character and achieving LEED Silver certification.

The design restored original architectural elements, integrated modern spaces and sustainable systems, including geothermal wells, and revitalized the building as a community anchor.
